I have been repairing computers for over 13 years now, I graduated from ECPI in 1996 with an A.A.S in Computer Technology. I worked in a couple of Computer call centers, then back to school for round 2, went to TCC for A.A.S in Networking/Windows 2000. I became certified with Comptia  A +, then for a while I taught the A+ class for TCC Workforce Development. I build custom PC's, repair PC's and Laptops and will troubleshoot most things over the phone.
